In India, HP releases the latest OMEN 16 and 17 and Victus 15 and 16
gaming laptops.
A few new gaming laptops from HP have just been released for
the Indian market. These models, which include new OMEN and Victus models, have
been introduced in two of its gaming notebook lineups. Let's have a look, then.
OMEN 16 and 17
The display is the main difference between the two laptop
models in the OMEN series, which both have comparable characteristics. The OMEN
17 has a larger 17.3 inch panel than the OMEN 16, which has a 16.1 inch screen.
The PC manufacturer has not yet revealed the processors that drive these
machines, but has stated that they are 12th Generation Intel CPUs. The company
also stated that the OMEN 16 and OMEN 17 will have AMD Radeos RX 6650M GPUs for
the team red option and up to an RTX 3070 Ti and RTX 3080 Ti GPUs for the
Nvidia alternatives.
The company's storage options include up to 2TB of Gen4 SSD
storage and up to 32GB of DDR5 RAM. Notably, both laptops feature quad HD
resolution and 165Hz refresh rates. With the new laptops, HP has also placed a
focus on cooling, introducing additional heat pipes and outflow vents to help
the notebooks stay cool when performing strenuous tasks like gaming.
Victims 15 and 16
The business has also introduced the new Vitus 15 and Victus
16 models in India for the other gaming laptop series. The former has a larger
16.1 inch panel while the latter has a smaller 15.6 inch display, as the name
would imply. Both have FHD resolution, but only the older sister has a high
refresh rate of 144Hz. A 12th generation Intel i5 or i7 CPU and a GPU up to the
size of an RTX 3050 Ti will also power the Victus 15.
The Victus 16 has a Ryzen 7 6800H CPU and an RTX 3050 Ti GPU,
in contrast. The Victus 15's storage setup is unclear, although the 16-inch
model is known to support up to 32GB of DDR5 RAM and 512GB of SSD storage.
Additionally, a new heat management technology that is intended to improve
cooling performance will be included.
Desktop PCs OMEN
New HP OMEN desktop PCs have also been introduced by HP. This
contains the brand-new OMEN models 45L, 40L, and 25L. Each of them has a 12th
generation Intel Core i7-12700F processor and up to an RTX 3080 GPU. The
desktop gaming computers will also come with up to 32GB of DDR4 RAM and 1TB of
SSD storage for storage. Additionally, these desktops come with a "Cyro"
cooling chamber for ambient air-based cooling technology. The glass cabinet of
the Cyro allows tool-free access and full RGB control. A PSU of up to 800W will
also be included in these PCs.
Desktop PC Victus
15L
The Victus 15L desktop gaming PC was the most recent item to
be revealed. Either the AMD Ryzen 7 5700G or the 12th generation Intel Core
i7-12700F CPU is an option for this PC. It is combined with an Nvidia RTX 3060
Ti GPU for graphics. According to HP, in addition to "extensive" customization
options, the new desktop lineup will also allow for future PC component
upgrades.
Cost and
Availability
On the company's official website, the OMEN 16 laptop may be
purchased for as little as 1,09,999 INR (around 1,400 USD). The MOEN 17 is
scheduled to debut in August 2022, with prices beginning at 1,99,999 Indian
rupees (roughly 2,555 US Dollars). The Victus 15 is the least expensive of the
new gaming laptops at 67,999 INR (approximately 869 US Dollars), and it will go
on sale next month.
However, the Victus 16 is currently available for purchase
and is priced at 84,999 INR (roughly 1,085 US Dollars). Last but not least, the
Victus 15L model, which is also currently on sale, has a starting price of
93,999 INR while the OMEN PCs are currently on sale and start at 1,49,999 INR
(approximately 1,915 US Dollars) (roughly 1,200 US Dollars).
